This sunrise tahoe beach elopement this past winter was so beautiful!! Kierstin and Jon wanted to elope in the winter somewhere special, just the two of them, so we did!

A DREAM SUNRISE LAKE TAHOE BEACH ELOPEMENT

Kierstin and Jon woke up way before the sun came up, and got ready in the cutest lil a-frame on west shore. They left to meet me at Sand Harbor at sunrise at celebrate their elopement together in one of the most gorgeous places in Lake Tahoe. I came prepared with hot coffee and blankets since it was definitely a cold winter morning. Kierstin and Jon love sunrises, so that’s why we decided to shoot in Lake Tahoe during that time.

I learned that they actually eloped a week prior, so this was their time to truly celebrate together and capture their love in a gorgeous place, and we did just that! We explored the beaches and the rocks and I showed them around one of my fave locations.

After we explored the lake together, we headed back to their Airbnb to take photos in their a-frame. We made coffee, put on some records and started a fire. It was the perfect end to a morning celebrating the two of them. Congrats guys!!!
