Emerald Bay Lake Tahoe Elopement

Kelly and Christian had their elopement at Emerald Bay in Lake Tahoe this past fall! It is such a gorgeous celebration of the two of them tied the night with her closest friends and family.

Kelly and Christian arrived separately with their friends and family to their elopement spot. They wanted to share a first look before their ceremony together so they met under the trees. As they both turned around and saw each other for the first time they were so excited at how great they both looked!

They celebrated their ceremony overlooking Emerald Bay and it was seriously the most gorgeous day filled with blue skies and a light breeze. Kelly’s mom walked her down the dirt path to her ceremony where Cristian waited for her. Their friends and family made two small groupings on either side creating an aisle for her to walk down. Their friend officiated their wedding and they did the damn thing! There’s so many hugs and laughter and their family even streamed the entire thing on an iPad for other family to witness as well.

Fall Lake Tahoe Elopement

After we took a few family photos, We had it off on our adventure with me and the newlyweds. They wanted to share their vows personally and in a more intimate way as well as explore the area and take pictures to celebrate!

They share their personal vows in a separate spot still overlooking Emerald Bay, and we all got emotional! It was so special.

Then we headed to the main state park and explored the whole area! We walked through the trees, stopping along the way and ended up at the bottom by the water. Emerald Bay has so many gorgeous spots to explore!

It was such a gorgeous day where Kelly and Christian tied the night and made it official! They’re also having a big wedding fall of 2023 and I can’t wait to capture more memories for them. Congrats guys!!
