Review from my bride:
“When looking for a photographer for our elopement, Bridgette came highly recommended by a friend. After spending time browsing her photos, I knew we could not pass up the opportunity to shoot with someone who could capture mine and my husband’s quirky love so well! Bridgette was so accommodating and excited from the first time we spoke. She continued to show the accommodation and excitement through the cold weather during our engagement shoot and wedding day. She goes above and beyond and came so well prepared it made the day a breeze. Her sunny personally and calming effect really helped ease the stress of being in front of the camera. The photos turned out so beautiful, and that is just the icing on the cake during this whole experience. We feel like we became friends with Bridgette and can’t wait to work with her again in the future!”
Kailee and Damond’s elopement was a dream!! They decided to elpoe in Virginia City since they love it there so much– what better reason!? Virginia City is an old little town right outside Reno. It has so many fun little buildings and businesses that you could spend all day in this town exploring!
I arrived as Kailee was finishing getting ready with her Moonlightlace dress hung up with the prettiest light streaming in through the windows. Her dad popped in to see her for the first time once she was all ready for the day and tears started welling in his eyes the second he saw her. She headed down the stairs as Damond was waiting for her for their first look! These two are seriously my spirit animals hahah. The second that she grabbed his butt when she saw him I was like yupp– obsessed with them LOL!
We explored the town and took photos of the two of them in their favorite place until it was time for their ceremony! There aren’t a ton of places where we could take photos where most of the focus was just on them- until I found the most perfect burnt orange wall on the side of a bar building. I was so excited haha! Who would have thought that would be so perfect for portraits!?!
They decided to elope in the oldest wedding chapel in the US– The Silver Queen. Which apparently is haunted so I was losing my crap on the inside a little bit hahaha. Kailee and Damond and their 12 guests joined them as they exchanged their vows and did the dang thing!!!
Kailee and Damond– thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your memories and letting me celebrate you two!! Congrats babes!!
