Snowy Lake Tahoe Engagement Inspiration
I shot the most epic snowy Lake Tahoe engagements this winter! Brittany and Charles brought their dog and celebrated, come check it out!
Brittany and Charles and I met up early this winter for their engagement session and they brought their dog in the back of their truck and she is seriously the cutest thing ever. We were supposed to do this one hike and shoot in South Lake Tahoe but when we got to the front of the gate it was closed for winter so thankfully we had a back up plan and we drove like 10 minutes away to this really cute meadow that I shoot it all the time and we decided to shoot there instead.

They had their dog with them so they really wanted somewhere where they could like roam with their dog and that’s why this meadow was the perfect Plan B. We brought their dog out and explored on this path together and the sun came out to play for this beautiful snowy engagement session.

After their dog played around in the snow we just took photos of the two of them and it was so much fun! Brittany and Charles have the silliest most goofy relationship so it was really fun getting them to get out of their shells, tell jokes and have a good time.
After that we brought their dog back out again to play and we put them on this blanket to kind of cuddle and hang out together. Their dog was seriously the most expressive dog I’ve ever seen and always had like the biggest yawns haha!
Then we switched outfits to wrap up the shoot and they put on their more casual outfit that really represented them. We ran around in the meadow for a bit longer until sundown and chatted about their wedding, bonded over stories, and listen to music until we wrapped it up.
Brittany and Charles, I can’t even wait for your wedding this year. Getting to shoot with you and capture this time of your lives was such a dream and I know your wedding is going to be absolutely epic.
