Aleah & Isac celebrated their South Lake Tahoe Engagement photos with me this past fall and it was such a stunning evening!! Come check it out!
Fall Lake Tahoe Photos
We started out the evening meeting up in South Lake Tahoe and Aleah brought her cute little doggos with them! We headed to a nearby meadow to run around with them, and capture them during this time in their lives!! I always prompt my couples to bring their dogs with them to their sessions, because after our dog Rocky passed, those photos have become so incredibly special to me! And they always can’t agree more!
Lake Tahoe Beach Engagement Photos
I brought them to one of my favorite meadows in South Lake!! It’s a more local secret spot and I love sharing these places I’ve discovered with my couples! We ran around with their dogs and made their session all about them! Aleah and Isac love dancing together, and they danced for part of their session which was incredible!!
After that, we hit the beach nearby and explored til sundown! They even brought a cute vintage cake with them to celebrate! I had the best freaking time running around South Lake Tahoe with them and capturing their engagement!! Congrats Aleah and Isac!!!

Emerald Bay State Park, located on the western shore of Lake Tahoe, is a gorgeous location for photo shoots. This iconic bay is renowned for its deep blue waters, framed by towering granite cliffs and surrounded by lush forests. The centerpiece of Emerald Bay is the picturesque Fannette Island, which is the island in the middle of the bay! Emerald Bay has so many stunning locations for your photo shoot. From panoramic views capturing the entire lake, to forested areas with pine trees, and the stunning sandy beach with dock access below. With a short walk, you can have access to all three! Emerald Bay is a great location for your upcoming photo shoot!
Mount Rose Meadows
Chickadee Ridge, also known as Mount Rose Meadows, is such a great spot for your upcoming photo shoot! This ridge is renowned for its friendly and charismatic mountain chickadees (birds), which eagerly land on your hands, which is such a fun experience. The meadows are the perfect spot for any season, with lots of accessible parking, large meadows to take photos in, and a walkway that makes it easy for anyone!
Mount Rose Meadows is definitely a favorite location close to Lake Tahoe for photo shoots!
