John and Liz got engaged when he surprised her with a South Lake Tahoe proposal this summer!!! We planned out a shoot and she had absolutely no idea! Come check it out:

Lake Tahoe Couples Photos with Dogs Inspiration

John reached out to me to plan his engagement out and come up with a few ideas on how to do it. He wanted to have his proposal be a secret so she obviously wouldn’t find out, so here’s what we came up with:

John reached out to me for “couples photos” with Liz and their dogs so they could fill the photo frames in their house! He was “tired of looking at blank frames” so that was his excuse hahah — BRILLIANT.

John found me and explained everything first about how he wanted to propose, and then we included Liz in the convos about the shoot so we could all plan outfits, times, etc. She basically helped plan her own proposal which is so freaking awesome.

John and I literally text back and forth with where exactly he was going to propose on the beach, to the timing with the sunset and the prompt I would say to tell him to get down on one knee basically hahah. We had it planned down to a T so nothing would hopefully go wrong — and it didn’t!!!

Liz had ZERO idea and we totally killed it. AND now they have tons of photos to fill their home photo frames with as well!

John and Liz — I’m so beyond happy for you both and can’t even wait for your wedding next year!!
