Lauren and Jay celebrated their Spring Lake Tahoe Elopement recently and it was the most incredible, peaceful evening. Come check it out!
Lauren and Jay wanted to elope fall 2023, but Jay had to have eye surgery that didn’t allow him to travel unfortunately! Although it’s a miracle and so incredible that he can see and the surgery went well!! Also, after capturing their elopement, everything truly worked out perfectly and I’m so glad we pushed their elopement to this Spring!
They stayed at the Edgewood Resort in South Lake Tahoe, had a relaxing day, and then got ready for their elopement. My assistant and I arrived and met Jay downstairs, and we walked out to the beach where he’d meet Lauren all ready.
After a few minutes, she walked out to the beach and Jay was so excited to see her! They embraced and shed a few tears, and it was such a special moment to witness.

We took a few photos on the beach at the Edgewood, and then headed to the cars for their ceremony! We met their officiant, Meredith (one of my faves btw), and started our hike to their ceremony.
One of my favorite things in this entireeee world is helping my couples choose a location that’s perfect for them. After living in Lake Tahoe for 25+ years (most of my life haha), I know so many spots for you to choose from! I’d love to help you plan your elopement too! Inquire here & I’d love to share my massive location guide with you, and help you plan your epic day too!

We made it to the beach, and Meredith led their ceremony on the water. There was no wind, the lake was like glass, and there wasn’t a soul in sight. It was literally perfect. Usually this beach starts to get more popular in May, but since they had their elopement riiiight before it got too warm, they totally scored and didn’t have anyone there.
They said “I do” and did the damn thing!!!

The rest of the evening was so relaxing and stress-free — exactly how they wanted their elopement to feel like. They listened to music, walked along the beach a bit, watched a sail boat come into the alcove, and watched the sun go down. I took a few photos but truly let them soak in their love and their day.
Congrats Lauren and Jay!!! It was an honor to be your photographer!

“Bridgette was such a dream to work with. She truly captured our day exactly how we imagined. My husband and I wanted an intimate elopement in a beautiful location and Bridgette couldn’t have made it any more perfect. She helped us pick a location and made us feel so comfortable and special. She is the absolute best and I can’t recommend her enough!!

Share why you created it and what makes it valuable (what problem does it solve or time does it save?).
End with an action-oriented line that encourages them to download — something like “Grab your free guide and start building a business that feels as good as it looks.”
