Stunning Spring South Lake Tahoe Wedding || Alexus & Nathan
This stunning South Lake Tahoe Wedding was a dream. Alexus & Nathan celebrated their wedding with their 30 favorite humans, check it out!
They started out the day at the cutest Airbnb in South Lake Tahoe, less than 30 minutes from their ceremony spot (score!!). I know Lake Tahoe like the back of my hand, and I’m constantly updating my list to give you to top places to stay for your wedding or elopement weekend.
This Airbnb was renovated and painted black which was STUNNING! I captured all of their details, and then they got ready for their wedding day. This Spring day was literally the perfect weather, with a slight breeze and warm weather (not not too hot). It was perfect!!
After they got ready, they had a private first look outside the Airbnb together! They shared their private vows, teared up excited to be with each other and finally been able to see each other on their wedding day!
South Lake Tahoe Wedding Ceremony
After their first look, we all hopped in the car and drove to their ceremony location! I scouted this private spot overlooking the lake for them, and they absolutely fell in love. It was close to the water, and also not too far of a walk from the cars. Even the grand parents made it no problem, it was so stunning!!
They invited their 30 closest loved ones to watch them commit their lives to each other and celebrate their wedding ceremony with them! One of their family members officiated as well, which made it even more special versus having a stranger officiate.
After they got married, they laughed and smiled and hugged their loved ones tight! We took some family photos and then everyone left for their reception off site.
Lake Tahoe Wedding Photos
While everyone was leaving, we stayed back to take some portraits of the two of them, as newlyweds!!! We walked down by the water and took it all in, it was so beautiful!
The water was sparkling and was so BLUE during the middle of the day. This is just proof that mid-day weddings are so stunning!!! I absolutely love shooting in the middle of the day since it brings out the most beautiful blues and greens of Lake Tahoe.
Congrats Alexus & Nathan!!! I’m so beyond happy for you both! Thank you for trusting me with your memories, it was a dream getting to capture and celebrate your wedding with you!!! I can’t wait to see what’s next in your journey!
