Megan and Zack originally wanted to elope, but when it came down to it — they wanted to do both! They wanted the big wedding day celebrating with all their friends and family, but also wanted adventurous winter photos just the two of them.

This is your sign if you’re reading this right now, to add on a bridal session with your photographer! I offer day after sessions exactly for this reason. Get dressed up again and spend an hour as newlyweds just the two of you, going on an adventure and getting photos you’ll truly cherish forever.

Megan and Zack wanted somewhere special so I took them to one of my favorite local secret places! Nobody was even on the trail, it was so perfect. We hiked out to a lookout together, opened the champagne and they enjoyed it in coffee mugs lol!

I told them to think about where they want to be in 5 years together and to make a goal together right then and there. I backed up and gave them some privacy and captured that moment from afar. We explored a bit and then headed back to the cars to take a few photos with their doggos!! It was the best adventurous day after session.

Congrats again guys!!! So honored to be apart of it all.
