Tori and Michael celebrated their South Lake Tahoe elopement this spring, and it was a dream. We had their ceremony at sunrise, and then explored the lake for hours!
Tori and Michael inquired with me last spring to capture their elopement in Lake Tahoe, and I couldn’t contain my excitement!!! We started planning right away, and even through covid and all, we got them married. Congrats T & M!
“HOLY CRAP!! 😍😭 Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! You brought such good vibes to the wedding day and now to have STUNNING photos to relive that day is absolutely priceless. Crazy happy. Thank you for being you and making us feel so great in front of the camera on our big day. We couldn’t be more thankful for you helping today stay fun and carefree! 🥰 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ❤️ We love and adore you!! 🤗”

I stopped by the Zalanta resort that they were staying for the week to take a few getting ready photos! Tori had the most beautiful details.
They had the most beautiful sunrise ceremony with their parents, shared their vows to each other, said I do, and we got them married!!!
Tori and Michael said bye to their parents and we headed down through the trees to explore and take photos as a married couple!! I showed them all of my favorite spots and hidden treasures, and it was so cool to see them fall in love with one of my favorite places.
These two are seriously some of the most fun, down-to-earth people I’ve ever met. FOR REAL, we had a dance party in the trees all to ourselves. No one else was around and it was so perfect!! We couldn’t stop laughing. Pure joy on their wedding day, it was the best!
Peep Tori’s tennis under her wedding dress. Fashionable and practical = amazing
Then we hit the lake to see the overlook of where they said “I do!”. Such a gorgeous lil slice of heaven.
Seeing these Californian babes feel how cold Tahoe water is was so funny hahaha. It’s not Hawaii, but in the Spring the glacier snow runs off into the lake and it’s freaking freeezzzzingggg. It doesn’t start to warm up until late spring/summer, so seeing their reaction was the best haha. We ran around in the sand afterwards to warm them up a bit!
Michael saw this giant tree that had fallen into the water and wanted to check it out– so we did! And it was one of my favorite spots by far.
When you hire me as your wedding or elopement photographer, part of my experience is giving you day of polaroid photos! Seeing your reaction when I hand them to you is priceless.
After we soaked in the sun and explored the beach, we packed up and headed to a meadow nearby! They wanted to explore one more place so we did! Check it out:
After this, they invited me to join them for brunch and come back to their resort! We all had breakfast, and they brought me in like family. Getting to capture their elopement was such a dream, and I’m so thankful I met these two perfect humans and their family!!! They even sent me home with a hand made canvas with Jake, Rocky and I on it. Tori had my favorite photo of my family made into a canvas, and gave it to me in a gift box filled with other goodies. What did I do to deserve such amazing clients?! SO GRATEFUL.
Congrats again you two!!!!
