Spencer and Nate had the most incredible summer wedding at Kinship Ranch! Come check it out, what a dream!

There’s something so magical about summertime weddings in Northern California, and this beautiful celebration at Kinship Ranch was the perfect example. Surrounded by rolling meadows, wildflowers, and peaceful ponds, Spencer and Nate had the most incredible wedding day!

The day began with Nate getting ready at a nearby cabin with his buddies. They laughed, had some cold beers, and even played a little golf outside. After I took photos of the boys, I headed to the venue. Spencer and her bridesmaids were in the bridal suite, and she looked absolutely to die for!!!

After they got ready, the couple shared a private first look near the ceremony. They chose to read their vows in private, creating one of the sweetest and most emotional moments of the day. They were both in tears. Having this time together allowed them to slow down, be fully present, and enjoy a few quiet moments before the celebration began.

Afterward, we captured family portraits and wandered around the property for some gorgeous couple’s photos. One of the many things I love about Kinship Ranch is the variety of backdrops it offers—from open meadows to towering trees and picturesque water views, every corner feels like a dream.

Kinship Ranch Ceremony

Their ceremony took place overlooking the pond, with friends and family gathered around to witness them say “I do.” The peaceful setting and warm summer evening made it feel incredibly intimate and romantic.

As guests enjoyed cocktail hour, the celebration continued with heartfelt conversations, delicious drinks, and plenty of excitement for the evening ahead. Then, just before sunset, we snuck away for one final portrait session—and it was absolutely worth it.

The golden light poured across the property, creating the most incredible glow over the flower fields and open meadows. These sunset portraits quickly became some of my favorite images from the entire day. There’s just something about a summer sunset at Kinship Ranch that feels straight out of a movie.

As the sun disappeared behind the hills, everyone headed back inside to celebrate. The newlyweds shared their first dance, guests filled the dance floor, and the party continued late into the evening with so much joy and energy.
