the stories of my couples and their biggest adventure yet
We danced to music, explored lake side, they took their shoes off and got their feet a little wet and dirty as they navigated over the rocks, and celebrated the fact that they’re now married!!! Getting the chance to become such close friends with these two, and then getting to capture their
Erica and Chad’s Wedding day in Fresno this fall was an absolute dream– so intentional and beautiful in every way– from to the smallest of details to the most heartfelt speeches. It was such an honor to be their photographer
These two got married at the Historic Oakdale Ranch in Oakdale, California and I showed up to photograph their small wedding! We ran off into the Vineyards at sundown and it was epic. So honored to be apart of your intimate wedding day this fall!
We started the day by taking a ferry from the main land in Rhode Island to Providence where her family stays during the summer months. They have a home there. We hung out and chilled & they even made me lunch and iced coffee. Literally just completely took me in like family and I was so so thankful!?
They rented out Vine Creative Spaces in Bellingham, WA as their venue (which actually is a photography studio so the lighting was PERFECT!)– hello genius?! They got ready there the morning of, just in different rooms, and then had their first look outside in front of the vines and greenery. Everything was filled with so much intention– it was seriously a blessing to be apart of!!!
They had to change so many details and plans due to Covid, but ultimately tied the knot in their favorite place— Lake Tahoe. They had their favorite friends and fam there to celebrate with them, setup pine cones as their aisle way towards the beach, and then danced it out eating pizza and playing beach games. I’m obsessed & so so happy for these two!!! Izzy even did pushups before she got into her dress HAHAH AMAZING.
The biggest freak storm rolled in on Maddi and Tyler’s wedding day– but rain or shine it was absolutely perfect!! They celebrated their day at the Lavender Ridge Venue in Reno, Nevada. They were so relaxed with the schedule and crazy weather because they knew that they were there to celebrate what was most important– the two of them getting freakin married!! About an hour after I arrived it started to completely downpour. They had their first look right before the rain started which allowed for the most unreal, stormy photos!! Their entire day was so relaxed and filled with love and joy and tears celebrating with their friends and family!!
This fall, backyard wedding was an absolute dreammm. Jayme & Anthony are adventurous, mountain lovin’ kinda people– and their day completely represented that to the T. They had a small wedding in the backyard of a home in Squaw Valley, Lake Tahoe earlier this fall. They love it up there so much and decided it was the perfect location to get married. Anthony even had Lake Tahoe patches stitched to his & all his groom’s belts that they wore, down to his tie engraved with Squaw Valley onto the inside. They had so many unique details and it was so special seeing how they all represented them in different ways.
"When looking for a photographer for our elopement, Bridgette came highly recommended by a friend. After spending time browsing her photos, I knew we could not pass up the opportunity to shoot with someone who could capture mine and my husband’s quirky love so well! Bridgette was so accommodating and excited from the first time we spoke. She continued to show the accommodation and excitement through the cold weather during our engagement shoot and wedding day. She goes above and beyond and came so well prepared it made the day a breeze. Her sunny personally and calming effect really helped ease the stress of being in front of the camera. The photos turned out so beautiful, and that is just the icing on the cake during this whole experience. We feel like we became friends with Bridgette and can’t wait to work with her again in the future!"
