Kaitlyn & David decided to get married at Celio Ranch summer of 2024 in Lake Tahoe! Their wedding was so incredibly special. As I was driving up to the girls Airbnb for getting ready photos, it started sprinkling some rain onto my windshield. I INSTANTLY got SO excited, because rainy days are typically filled with some of the most emotion. Plus I knew my bride Kaitlyn wouldn’t care and would soak up every second of her stunning wedding day — rain or shine.
Kaitlyn got ready with all her favorite ladies!! They got their hair and makeup done, sang songs, had some drinks & truly just soaked in these special moments before the wedding – come check it out!
Rainy Wedding day at Celio Ranch
Then we headed to the venue and captured photos of the boys getting ready on property!! The venue has a few options for different spaces, where people can gather and get ready. The groomsmen were already dressed for the wedding, but they still wanted to remember this special time together! We hung-out, had them put their coats back on, etc.
David stood in the doorway of the building and watched as the rain fell, eager to see Kaitlyn soon at their ceremony.
Kaitlyn also shared a first look with her dad – who truly means the entire world to her. If only you heard the speech he gave to her during their reception… everyone was in tears. They hugged, laughed, cried, and got even more excited for the ceremony!
Stunning Ceremony at Celio Ranch
Their ceremony was simple, modern, elegant, and timeless. Kaitlyn and David chose Celio Ranch because — “We chose Tahoe because it is my home town and the Celios were generous enough to let us get married on their BEAUTIFUL Ranch.” – Kaitlyn
Everyone lined up and opened their umbrellas and the ceremony began! When David and Kaitlyn saw each other for the first time… there are no words. They both were in tears and it was so beautiful to witness. Their ceremony was filled with so much Jesus, love from their family and loved ones, worship, communion, and the union of these two beautiful humans.
Right before they kissed and were officially married, the sun came out and you could see rainbows from the rain. God truly showed up for them as they got married in that moment, it was stunning.
Portraits with Horses at Celio Ranch Lake Tahoe
Yes we took portraits with horses!!!! It was so epic!!! We took photos with their wedding party & families, and then took newlywed photos! There was a few horses on the property & this one was so friendly! Kaitlyn and David were so excited hahaha
The rest of their wedding was filled with heart-felt speeches, one of them from the owners themselves, dancing, food, and sunshine. They sang and danced to country music and LAUGHED until their bellies hurt! Their families did a bubble send-off for them at the end of the night – wishing them farewell. It was truly the best day!!!
