A Stunning Fall Wedding at the PlumpJack Inn
Liz and John got married at the PlumpJack Inn at Palisades in Lake Tahoe, and it was the most beautiful day! They both got ready off property at Lakeside villas in Lake Tahoe, and it was beautiful. John got ready with his groomsmen and Liz got ready with her bridesmaids and family only a few miles away!
As I walked through the front door to take photos of Liz getting ready, she had her dress hung up in the window, and all her details laid out overlooking the lake. You could see the bright blues of Lake Tahoe through the large window in the living room, and it was just the most beautiful start to their wedding day.
Liz got ready with her mom and then did a first look with her best friends outside in the grass. They were so excited to see her, give hugs and get excited for her wedding day!! We took a few bridals along the lake, because I just couldn’t help it! Haha it was so perfect!!
A Gorgeous Ceremony at Palisades
Then we all traveled to the PlumpJack Inn for their ceremony and celebration to follow. It started to get a bit cloudy and overcast, which honestly made for the most stunning photos during their ceremony. As the ceremony started, John‘s reaction to seeing Liz walk down the aisle was priceless. He was so excited to see her, and they both had tears welling in their eyes. They had one of their best friends officiate their wedding, who also owns a wedding venue in the area, Kinship Ranch. They shared personal vowels, stories about their memories together, and even did a ring warming ceremony. That was a total surprise for Liz, she was overwhelmed and excited, and everything just went so well. They both said I do and did the damn thing!

After that we went to a meadow nearby that had scouted prior, and took the most epic photos!!! They ran around in the meadow, they laughed, cried, and just celebrated the fact that they were married!!! The weather was getting really cold, so we all headed back to the venue for the reception!
A Stunning Reception in Lake Tahoe
The reception was so stunning! It was filled with low light, candles all, excellent food and drinks, and speeches that left everyone in tears. Then we all moved upstairs to dance the night away! It was truly the most magical day at the PlumpJack Inn for Liz and John! Congrats you too, I’m so beyond happy for you both and can’t wait to see what’s next for you!!!
