Summer Wedding at The Landing Lake Tahoe
Nicole and Gary stayed at the landing in Lake Tahoe with all of their friends and family. That’s one of the best parts about this venue is that there’s lots of rooms for all of your guests to stay at, which is perfect so you don’t have to travel anywhere after you get ready for your wedding! Nicole truly had one of the best rooms at the landing because it was right next to the wedding ceremony spot.
The morning of her wedding was slow and intentional, just as it should be. She could see all of the decor being set up at the ceremony site as she got ready and watched all of the swimmers hop into the lake down below. Her bridesmaids poured champagne and they played music and all started getting ready for the day! It was the most stunning summer wedding day with a cool breeze coming through the windows. Nicole wore the most stunning gown from Swoon bridal and it was covered in white floral lace. once she got ready, she stayed tucked away until the ceremony with her bridesmaids!
Instax Wedding Polaroids
One of my favorite parts about what I do is offer instax polaroid photos for my couples! I’ll take film-style instax photos throughout the day, scan them to include in your online wedding gallery, and then give them back to you! It’s my favorite thing I’ve done lately, and truly brings that additional layer of nostalgia to your galleries.

Ceremony at The Landing Resort & Spa
Their ceremony at the landing was nothing short of breathtaking. You could see the bright blue waters of Lake Tahoe in the distance as all of their guests started to arrive! Their wedding was so intentionally and beautifully planned by Alicia from Blue Sky Events. I absolutely love working with Amanda and her team, they always do such an incredible job!
As the ceremony started, Gary anxiously waited seeing Nicole for the first time on their wedding day. His face lit up and he got so excited seeing her walked down the aisle!! They shared their vows and said I do, and they were married! Right after the ceremony all their friends and family ran up to them and as they laughed and cried from excitement!!
Wedding Photos at The Landing
After their ceremony, we headed downstairs to take photos!! We took photos of their family and wedding party, and then spent some time capturing the two of them as newlyweds! We were going to head to the beach, but decided to save that for sunset 🙂
I always have SO MUCH FUN with wedding photos!! You’ll never have to feel uncomfortable since I always bring the good vibes. I have speaker to play music, and I’ll always direct you so you don’t have to worry about looking good or thinking about what to do next. You only job is to celebrate with your favorite people and I’ll take care of the rest — YAY!
Wedding Reception at The Landing Resort & Spa
Receptions at the Landing Resort & Spa are always SO epic. Since this venue is right on the water, you can truly watch the sun go down since it’s located in South Lake Tahoe, so you get the most epic sunsets!
After couples photos with Nicole and Gary, we headed into their reception! They threw on some sunglasses that said bride and groom on the lenses and everyone cheered as they were greeted as newlyweds!!! As the sun slowly started to go down, they shared speeches with their loved ones and danced the night away. Although we did sneak out for a little bit to capture sunset photos on the sand! We ran around on the beach and they soaked in the moment as newlyweds, it was perfect!!
