Sunrise Lake Tahoe Maternity Photos

When Aleah and I started planning out her sunrise lake tahoe maternity photos, I knew right away that sunrise was going to be the best time to document them in this epic location. What’s great about hiring a lifetime local, is that they know all the best spots, and the best times to shoot there. Wink wink hiiii! Haha I love helping my couples choose a spot that’s epic by nature, and guiding them through the best times for lighting, when to expect the place all to yourself versus when lots of crowds can be expected, what to wear to your shoot, and so much more!

Aleah and Issac’s Maternity Photos

One of my favorite things in the entire world is getting to work with my couples multiple times, and documenting milestones for years to come! 2 years ago, Aleah hired me to capture their engagement photos, and now I got to capture their sunrise lake tahoe maternity photos!!

We started the morning hiking down to the beach at sunrise, and slowly taking photos of this time in their lives. They booked some extra coverage with me so we could go slow, since Aleah needed a few breaks in between photos.

What’s not pictured: Issac injured his patella, and I also injured my elbow a few weeks prior, so between the three of us we all needed extra time for their photos hahaha. We went slow, took breaks, and made magicccc!!
