the stories of my couples and their biggest adventure yet
We danced to music, explored lake side, they took their shoes off and got their feet a little wet and dirty as they navigated over the rocks, and celebrated the fact that they’re now married!!! Getting the chance to become such close friends with these two, and then getting to capture their
Carlene and Bobby wanted to celebrate their anniversary doing their favorite thing– exploring around Lake Tahoe with their pups while playing in the snow. We had the best time having snow ball fights, laughing with their dogs running around and exploring their backyard together this winter. Thanks for letting me capture this beautiful time in your lives!!
Maivi and Neil reached out to me about a month before their elopement, and wanted to squeeze in their engagement session as well! So we drove up to Lake Tahoe and shot in the prettiest snow-filled meadow as the snow started to fall. Very quickly we realized that the light snowfall turned into a straight-up blizzard hahah and we toughed it out to make magic!! Then we ran to the cars to warm up for a bit and thaw out our fingers. We explored North Shore a bit and hit a beach to finish out their adventure– it was an absolute dream!!! Cannot even wait to share their magical winter elopement soon. Enjoy!
Madison and Talon met up with me in North Lake Tahoe and we ran around the beach and captured their engagement photos this fall! We ended the evening taking photos of them rolling around in the sand on the beach and it was amazing hahah. Such a fun evening! Congrats you two!!! So excited for this next chapter in your lives!
So much fun running around Tahoe with these two this summer!! Thanks so much for modeling for me for a mentorship! You guys killed it 🙂 Your Narrative blog will appear here, click preview to see it live. For any issues click here
NOT EVEN KIDDING– within MINUTES the snow started DUMPING and we took photos in the middle of a blizzard for a few minutes! They had a snowball fight and played in the snow for a bit before it started to turn into almost a whiteout. So we wrapped things up and ran towards the cars!
So we headed to probably my favorite part of the whole day — Secrets Beach. It’s definitely hard to find and tucked away on the island but holy cow is this place worth it. We hiked down steep steps to the beach which opened up to miles of sand on the right and black lava rock on the left. It was GORGEOUS. We dropped our things and hit the beach!! We played in the water and got washed up by the waves (they were like 10 feet tall at times!!!) and laughed for hours.

"When looking for a photographer for our elopement, Bridgette came highly recommended by a friend. After spending time browsing her photos, I knew we could not pass up the opportunity to shoot with someone who could capture mine and my husband’s quirky love so well! Bridgette was so accommodating and excited from the first time we spoke. She continued to show the accommodation and excitement through the cold weather during our engagement shoot and wedding day. She goes above and beyond and came so well prepared it made the day a breeze. Her sunny personally and calming effect really helped ease the stress of being in front of the camera. The photos turned out so beautiful, and that is just the icing on the cake during this whole experience. We feel like we became friends with Bridgette and can’t wait to work with her again in the future!"
